Very professional as to physical care of the residents. A routine is established with each individual.
Will notify family or next of kin if any issue should require medical attention.
Takes an interest in Robert’s well-being, his hobbies and various outings with his sister.
Very clean surroundings. Good meal preparation and nutritional content. Aware of everyone’s individual personalities – If there are any food allergies etc. Birthdays are celebrated with a special meal and a birthday cake.
Robert’s family is very pleased with the care he is receiving at Crow’s nest Manor.
